LINECHOES ("we," "us," "our") operates linechoes.com (the "Site"), an informational sports-odds and predictions dashboard. This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. The Site does not require an account and does not accept wagers — most of what follows is narrower than a typical privacy policy for exactly that reason.
Automatically, from every visitor: standard server and CDN/security-provider (Cloudflare) request logs — IP address, browser/device type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is used for security (abuse and bot mitigation) and basic traffic monitoring, not to build individual profiles.
Stored only in your browser: a small amount of data in localStorage/sessionStorage — whether you've dismissed the age/responsible-gambling banner, and your score-alert sound on/off preference. This never leaves your device or gets sent to us; clearing your browser storage resets it.
We do not collect: names, email addresses, payment details, or any wagering activity — the Site has no account system and does not process bets or payments of any kind.
The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes — for example, if analytics or ad tooling is added later — this policy will be updated first and, where required by law, a consent mechanism will be added.
The Site is built on top of a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy practices:
Server and CDN request logs are retained only as long as needed for security and abuse-monitoring purposes, then deleted or aggregated. Browser-local preferences persist until you clear your browser's storage.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data associated with you. In practice the Site holds very little of that — mainly request logs — but you can reach out at [email protected] with any request and it will be handled on a best-effort basis.
The Site is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 21 years of age (or the legal age of majority/gambling in their jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
The Site is served through Cloudflare's global network, so requests may be processed in data centers outside your own country.
If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly.
